    What are You Thankful for in 2020?

    This Thanksgiving will look different for many families, but it provides the same reminder to pause and consider what each of us is thankful for. While everyone is surely thankful that 2020 is soon ending, most of us have a more pronounced appreciation for everyday things we may have previously taken for granted. At Forward Advantage, we’ve all had our individual struggles this past year. However, as a team, we are thankful to have you - our loyal customers. We are honored to be a part of the healthcare community, serving hospitals and healthcare organizations during this unprecedented pandemic.

    Your Feedback Led to New Offerings

    The Forward Advantage support line is always open, and we are so thankful for the feedback that is provided to us. As mentioned above, customer feedback led to the release of our much-anticipated CloudFax Connector. Feedback also prompted our expansion into Identity Governance & Administration (IGA). Our decades of experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) made branching into IGA a logical move. Many customers have experienced identity management challenges exacerbated by the pandemic, and industry experts like Gartner predict a growing and permanent need for IGA in healthcare. In addition, with the quickly developing need for patient engagement solutions, we are actively collecting feedback to explore ways we can leverage our expertise in information exchange to create patient experience solutions and patient-facing mobile apps.

Many swiftly developed solutions to help mitigate the health crisis and others have offered complimentary products.
